Patricia Sutton

President

Patricia Sutton was born in Munich Germany due to her father’s military career.  Married her late husband Gene of 37 years and raised their three children in Port St Lucie Florida.  Always having sites on Ocala and making the move in 2003.  As owner/operator she has spent the last 26 years Touching Lives of Neuromuscular Massage by Design.  Located in Cala Hills for the past 19 years.  Her mission is to “empower my clients by blending therapy support, knowledge to enhance and affective healthier lifestyle”.  What she loves the most about what she does is knowing that she can make a difference in someone’s life through listening, caring, and connecting.  New to the community she found herself volunteering and being involved in several organizations and meeting new friends, getting to know our community.  She believes engaging in community service projects is a way to connect with our community.  Assisting and giving to those in need, providing a service, and creating a positive impact on our society.  She loves being a part of our local Sunset Rotary Club, Boys and Girls Club, and our Ocala Metro Chamber Economic Organization.

Steve Rudyianyn

President Elect

Born and raised in Marion County, Steve bought his first parcel of land when he was just 12 years old. Steve is experienced in all aspects of real estate, but has recently been most active in loan workouts, short sales, asset protection and tax certificate investment.  Steve has acquired, developed and marketed hundreds of lots and small acreage parcels.

Richard Busche, PE

Secretary

Rick Busche is a licensed Professional Engineer and Principal at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., a full-service engineering and planning consulting firm with over 5,500 employees nationwide. He has been working out of the Ocala office since 2003 and primarily serves Marion, Lake, Sumter, Citrus, and Alachua Counties. Rick is an experienced leader with a proven track record of success in leading teams to achieve complex goals.

Chris Logan

Treasurer

Chris earned his MBA in Finance at Florida State University and has called Florida home for more than 15 years. He began his banking career in Gainesville and moved to Ocala in 2015. He has enjoyed bringing his business banking relationship and financial management experience to Marion County and he loves being a member of the Ocala community. Chris utilizes a needs-based approach to provide custom banking and lending solutions tailored to each member’s unique needs. He is committed to being a trusted advisor and to providing the highest level of customer service and personal attention for which FCU is known.

Randy Buss

Sergeant at Arms

A seasoned mechanical engineer with over 25 years of experience in engineering management, manufacturing management, and commercial property management & brokerage. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida.

Throughout his career, Randy has successfully managed a wide range of engineering and manufacturing projects, including capacity increases, domestic and international plant start-ups, and expansions. He has also managed site construction contractors and converted and packaged technology and personnel.

Since 2004, Randy has been in leadership of the largest commercial property management company in Ocala, FL and surrounding counties and is cofounder and Managing Partner of NAI Heritage Commercial Real Estate. In this role, he has solved commercial real estate needs of clients by combining global solutions with local experience.

Randy is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a deep understanding of the engineering, manufacturing, and commercial property investment & brokerage industries. He is also a strong leader and problem solver.

Judge Robert E. Landt

Membership

The Honorable Robert E. Landt is a judge for the Marion County Court in Florida. He was elected to the bench in 2012, filling a vacancy created by the elevation of the Honorable Steve Rogers to the 5th Judicial Circuit Court.

Landt earned a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1986. After graduating from law school, Landt entered private practice, handling civil litigation matters until his election to the bench.

Landt and his wife, Mary Cay, have two children. Mary Cay has worked as an attorney in Ocala.

Karla Grimsley

Karla Grimsley is the Chief Executive Officer of Interfaith Emergency Services, a non-profit and charitable organization with an estimated 13 employees that was founded in 1983. She is part of the executive team and management. Karla graduated from the University of South Florida in 1989 and is currently based in Ocala, Florida.
